Contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition; otherwise, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

Because of their nature, custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problem with your order.

 

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
