• This very special fine art laser-cut design celebrates THE PRIESTLY BLESSING and the GIRL'S BLESSING.

What is the Priestly Blessing? In the Torah (Numbers 6:24-26), G-d commanded that through the priests’ raised hands His blessing will flow to the people of Israel. It is a blessing thousand of years old and I have included three short verses around the border of this piece.
    The text says:
In Hebrew: "יברכך הי וישמרך יאר הי פניו אליך ויחנך ישא הי פניו אליך וישם לך שלום" *

Phonetic Pronunciation: Yivarechecha Adonai viyishmirecha Ya'er panav elecha veechuneka Yeesa Adonai panav elecha viyasem lecha shalom

English translation: "May Hashem [The Lord] bless you and guard you. May Hashem shine His countenance upon you and be gracious to you. May Hashem turn His countenance toward you and grant you peace.' (Numbers 6:24-26).

In the CENTER, I have designed a popular Shabbat blessing that asks that “G-d make you like Sarah, Rivka, Rachel and lea”. (Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel and Leah are the four matriarchs (mothers) who built up our Jewish nation).

    This is the center text:

In Hebrew: ישימך אלקים כשרה רבקה רחל ולאה

Phonetic Pronunciation: Yesimcha Elohim K'Sarah, Rivka, Rachel ve lea

English translation: May G-d like Sarah, Rivka, Rachel and lea

Every word of these powerful phrases contains a world of meaning.

Each day, the Hebrew Priests bless their worshipers at the Morning Prayer. In the priesthood, the Kohanim - the Hebrew Priests - pass down to their sons the role of priest. The first High Priest was Aaron, the brother of Moses, and all priests today are his descendants. Are you a descendant? I am. You might be too...

With only paper and a special artist’s cutting tool, I created this unique work of art for the wall, featuring The Priestly Blessing, surrounded by a lovely flowing leaf motif which includes leaves, flowers and pomegranates. Perched on the top corners - two beautiful white doves. Guests will definitely be in awe when they see it!

Hang this rich, meaningful home blessing in your baby's nursery or anywhere in your home.
Or gift it to anyone who you care very much about. The unique, decorative home blessing makes a wonderful housewarming gift, Bat Mitzvah gift, wedding gift, anniversary gift, baby shower gift or lovely decoration for any home.
